Our Story

Our company started baking wheat free cookies in 1983.  Since 2009, we have been craft-baking certified gluten free cookies, still keeping all of our baking, production and packing in our own facility.  Initially, we started selling our cookies locally, to Montanans as well as visitors to our “Big Sky Country”, who are lured to our great state by its breathtaking beauty and abundance of hearty and healthy outdoor activities, like hiking, biking, fly fishing, skiing and river rafting.  (We bring that heartiness to our cookie!) Today, we sell our gluten free cookies all across the country.  You will find us in national parks, grocery stores, convenience stores, hospitals, colleges and in corporate settings.    

Today, we bake hundreds of thousands of cookies under our brand as well as those of other conventional bakeries that need a dedicated gluten free facility able to consistently produce a certified gluten free, quality cookie that tastes great.  Our company is currently scalable, to unlimited capacity.  So, whether you are a consumer or a company that is looking for large production scale, we can do it all!  And although we have grown over the years, we are still and always will be, dedicated to giving you the best tasting, quality gluten free product!
