Our cookies have been certified gluten free since 2009.  We still bake in our own dedicated gluten-free facility, which is independently certified gluten free. Our certified gluten free oats are sourced responsibly from suppliers who are also independently certified gluten free and are produced under the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards for a safe, quality food.
